There are about 30 stores in the prefecture and 6 stores in Tokyo, all with unique restaurants of various genres. We have a wide variety of shops and people, and I think that's our strength.

Store introduction
In 2020, we launched a mail order business as a new endeavor. We want to deliver delicious Kyushu food and OBU's special dishes to customers all over the country! We operate with that in mind. As a company involved in food, we have started mail-order sales of environmentally friendly kitchen supplies in 2021!
OBU started manufacturing operations in 2015. and we established the winery "OSA WINERY" in Otaru City, Hokkaido. At the G20 Summit held this year, we were selected by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs to provide "tabi 2018". In addition, we have established OSA WINERY Co., Ltd. as a group business and are cultivating eight varieties of grapes in Otaru and Yoichi. We handle everything from cultivation, brewing, design, and sales, and currently produce about 10,000 bottles a year.
Using the latest freezing technology, ``Proton Freezing Processing,'' we develop high-quality one-dish dishes prepared by our chefs. We propose a service that allows you to operate a ``cookless store'' where you can select dozens of dishes from over 100 single-dish dishes made by fb169 and serve them as they are at the store. Cookless stores are a new initiative that our company is promoting to solve the problems faced by the restaurant industry, such as securing human resources, wasting waste, and working hours.
In 2016, OBU launched a local subsidiary in Paris, France, and opened a restaurant called "Accents Table Bourse" in the 2nd arrondissement of Paris. In 2019, we received our first star in the Michelin Guide. Japanese female pastry chefs are also active.
We have been awarded consecutive stars in the Michelin Guide since 2019. An individual Japanese female pastry chef who is also a representative of a local subsidiary has also been recognized by Michelin.
